This supportive class will provide opportunities for people with persistent pain to learn emotional, cognitive and movement strategies to help loosen habits that reinforce pain and cultivate experiences that expand freedom and ease.

Intermediate Dance Class for Youth
A modern dance class for young people who have had previous dance training or comparable physical training. Developing technical skills, learning choreography in an atmosphere of support and enjoyment with performance optional.
