This supportive class will provide opportunities for people with persistent pain to learn emotional, cognitive and movement strategies to help loosen habits that reinforce pain and cultivate experiences that expand freedom and ease.

Tap, Jazz, and Ballet - Preschool II - Ages 4-5

Julie Faye's School of Tap, Jazz, & Ballet

This is a wonderful class for children to establish better hand and foot co-ordination while having fun. Tapping helps greatly in children's understanding of rhythm. Their imaginations expand as we become ballerina butterflies and cats, teapots and tap dancing alligators! Tap shoes are provided. Please bring clean socks or tights to wear with tap shoes. Register with the instructor. Sessions last 4 weeks.

Drop in cost $12 only for first time students unless approved by teacher.
