This supportive class will provide opportunities for people with persistent pain to learn emotional, cognitive and movement strategies to help loosen habits that reinforce pain and cultivate experiences that expand freedom and ease.

Tap, Jazz, & Ballet - Beginning I - Ages 5 1/2 - 7

Julie Faye's School of Tap, Jazz, & Ballet

This is a great class to improve coordination and expression through the fun of dancing to their favorite songs. We also play various percussion instruments to help understand rhythm. Tap & ballet shoes are provided. Please bring clean socks or tights to wear with tap shoes! Register with instructor. Session lasts 4 weeks.

Drop in Cost $12 only for first time students unless approved by teacher.
