This supportive class will provide opportunities for people with persistent pain to learn emotional, cognitive and movement strategies to help loosen habits that reinforce pain and cultivate experiences that expand freedom and ease.

Students will learn basic moves and isolations in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Students will learn dance combinations, finger cymbals and veils. Begin anytime.Tuition is prorated.

Fill out registration form and bring to first class with payment.

Kathy teaches traditional Egyptian and Arabic Dance. She has been dancing for over 30 years, directs two belly dance troupes, adn has performed all over Northern California.
