Open Hand Yoga
Open Hand Yoga is an empowering blend of Yoga Postures. Tai Chi principles, mindfulness, play and breath awareness is designed to free your mind, relax your body and open your heart. Special requirements for class: please bring an empty stomach, bare feet, a Yoga sticky mat, and block to class. Please inform Jill of any injuries or medical conditions prior to the start of class. Register with instructor.
