Gentle Yoga
Start your day by gently awakening your body. The practice of Hatha Yoga will increase your bodyʼs strength and flexibility. A yoga practice will also enhance your mind-body connection. All poses can be adapted to meet your current level of fitness. Begin to feel at home in your body practice yoga.
