This supportive class will provide opportunities for people with persistent pain to learn emotional, cognitive and movement strategies to help loosen habits that reinforce pain and cultivate experiences that expand freedom and ease.

Painting with Watercolor and Acrylics
This class is for all levels: Beginners can learn basic techniques of either medium. Explore color, composition, and how to get dramatic effect. Instructor Sasha Pepper M.A. in art from U.C. Berkeley has taught art for many years and exhibits her work regularly in Northern California.
