    A Simple, yet powerful moving meditation practice designed to release the inner organic movement that lives in every body, no matter its shape, size, age limitations and experience.

  • Feldenkrais Back Awareness

    Discover new possibilities for your mind and body through gentle, easy to do exercises. You may find a new sense of freedom of movement, reduction of old aches, and inspiration for the mind and body.

  • Gentle Yoga

    Start your day by gently awakening your body. The practice of Hatha Yoga will increase your bodyʼs strength and flexibility. A yoga practice will also enhance your mind-body connection.

    The original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to todayʼs hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics.

  • Jazzercise Personal Touch

    A unique approach to personal training in a small group setting with your instructor. Personal Touch is designed to increase your muscle tone.

  • Medical QiGong and Meditation

    QiGong is an ancient self-healing system for health, longevity, and spiritual cultivation. This emphasizes the purging of energetic impurities and the strengthening of what the Chinese Daoists call the three treasures of Jing, Qi and Shen.
