    Live Oak Karate

    Live Oak Karate is a practice of awareness and self-defense through training in the Art of Karatedo.

  • Medical QiGong and Meditation

    QiGong is an ancient self-healing system for health, longevity, and spiritual cultivation. This emphasizes the purging of energetic impurities and the strengthening of what the Chinese Daoists call the three treasures of Jing, Qi and Shen.
