    Learn the essential features of Photoshop and its utility bridge in how they satisfy the basic requirements of a photographer. This 2 day intensive workshop demonstrates the fundamentals of file management and basic retouching. Learn the digital workflow process with step-by-step instruction in organizing files, embedding metadata, editing, and more. The first day is dedicated to learning the techniques, the second to practice. Students must each bring their own laptop images to work with, and have basic computer skills.

    CPR for Adult, Children & Infants

    CPR on Wed, 1/25/12 from 6pm - 9:30pm will be at the Garzot Duffield Building

     

    Have you ever wondered what you would do if your child stopped breathing or your husband had a heart attack or your neighbor choked on a piece of meat? Every second counts. Without CPR only eight percent of people who suffer a cardiac arrest outside the hospital survive. Take this fun, hands–on CPR class and be prepared. Learn to use an AED (Automatic External Defi bulator). Participants will receive a 2 year AHA Adult, Child and Infant CPR certificate. Register with SCCC.

    Ages: Teens & Adults

    For anyone who would like to experience freedom from distress & anyone who would like more depth in their spiritual path. I offer an exploration into your present experience for you to discover peace, fulfillment and a larger capacity for love. I also offer tools from various ancient traditions as well as modern psychology that aim at deeper freedom from distress & selfishness. Looking deeply at what distresses us, a chance for us to experience that which is not distressed is present. The opportunity is to know this as our ever present state. Sahaj received his Masters degree in transpersonal counseling psychology in 2001 and helps to facilitate these explorations.

    Get an early start at Earth Camp. Watching Spring come to life will give children more perspective during their summer camp experience. We’ll observe insects, birds, rainfall and water levels of the Laguna. We’ll turn the soil, plant seeds, watch them sprout, craft and climb Grandmother Oak.
