    CPR on Wed, 1/25/12 from 6pm - 9:30pm will be at the Garzot Duffield Building

Without CPR only eight percent of people who suffer a cardiac arrest outside the hospital survive. Take this fun, hands–on CPR class and be prepared. I offer an exploration into your present experience for you to discover peace, fulfillment and a larger capacity for love. I also offer tools from various ancient traditions as well as modern psychology that aim at deeper freedom from distress & selfishness. Looking deeply at what distresses us, a chance for us to experience that which is not distressed is present. The opportunity is to know this as our ever present state. Sahaj received his Masters degree in transpersonal counseling psychology in 2001 and helps to facilitate these explorations.
