  • 5Rythms® Dance

    A Simple, yet powerful moving meditation practice designed to release the inner organic movement that lives in every body, no matter its shape, size, age limitations and experience.

    Ongoing: 7:30pm-9:30pm

  • Gentle Yoga

    Start your day by gently awakening your body. The practice of Hatha Yoga will increase your bodyʼs strength and flexibility. A yoga practice will also enhance your mind-body connection.

    Ongoing: 8 am - 9 am

  • Qigong Practice Group

    Learn gentle movements and powerful visualizations.

    Ongoing: 6:15-7:30pm

  • Senior Tap Dance

    Itʼs never too late to start tappinʼ! It is great exercise-- low impact or energetic--thatʼs up to you!

    Ongoing - Beginning: 1:00 - 2:00

    Ongoing - Intermediate: 11:45 - 12:45

    Ongoing - Advanced: 10:30 - 11:30

  • Sweat your Prayers

    Sweat your Prayers

    An open dance floor with world-based music, focused within the Rhythms, designed to give you, the dancer, the opportunity to discover and deepen your awareness of your own body and its assorted ways of being.

    Ongoing: 7:30 warm-up; intro-8:00-10:00 pm

  • “Shine” Dance

    Expand your brilliance and connect with your body through a wave like musical journey designed to help you shine.

    Ongoing: 7:30pm-9:30pm
