    Children have fun learning basic tumbling, vaulting, bar and beam skills for creating a strong foundation for gymnastics. Wear loose clothes for movement. This class is for children that have completed kindergarten.

    Fencing for Kids

    For hundreds of years, fencing has captured the imagination of young people. Who hasn’t imagined themselves with sword in hand, fending off hordes of enemies with a quick and daring blade? With an emphasis on fun, kids learn the basics of fencing: discipline, respect, honor and the importance of physical fitness.

    A Game/Practice of communication, relationship and movement which involves the crossing and continuous touching of wooden swords, engaging in deep dialog with the other, inviting a greater understanding of the Self.

    Start your day by gently awakening your body. The practice of Hatha Yoga will increase your bodyʼs strength and flexibility. A yoga practice will also enhance your mind-body connection.

    Ages: Adults

    Nia is a dynamic fitness and lifestyle practice combining movements and philosophies from three martial arts (Tai Chi, Tai Kwon Do, & Aikido) three dance arts (Jazz, Modern & Duncan) and three healing arts (Feldenkrais, Alexander technique, and Yoga) to bring the body, mind, emotions, & spirit to wellness.  Blending guided choreography & free movement into 60-minute aerobic fitness odysseys.

    Children gain strength, flexibility, coordination, & concentration skills in a playful, non-pressured atmosphere. They’ll have fun learning & practicing classic yoga poses such as downward dog & cobra pose. Activities include interactive stories & discussion about healthy choices. Class will include relaxation exercises and calming techniques.

  • Soccer Instructional Program

    Ages 7 - 14
    Ian Mork, a scout for US Soccer, is known for his expertise, knowledge, and his natural ability to connect with and gain the respect of youth players. Ian’s focus will be on instruction and scrimmages in ageappropriate groups. This program is not an introductory program. It is intended for motivated players who are passionate about reaching a higher level. Coed.
